CoderDojo is a global network of free computer programming clubs for young people. Dojos are set up, run and taught by volunteers.
The Rathgar Junior School CoderDojo is our own free club where RJS pupils can learn how to code, develop websites, apps, programs, games and more.
Session Time: Saturdays from 2.30-4.00 in RJS
Participants: Form 2 to Form 6.
Equipment: We encourage all children to bring a laptop (no matter how old it may be) so they may continue what they have learnt at home. Please don’t bring tablets (e.g. iPads). If stuck, we will always have one or two extras available.
Frequency of classes: Runs every two weeks.
If you would like your child to join the classes, please contact us by email to RJScoderdojo@gmail.com expressing your interest.
