Form 1 have been busy this term with a huge number of creative projects and activities. We have Sam , who gave a lesson on how to draw Robins, the outcomes are wonderful! They studied Vincent Van Gough and made their own incredible versions of ‘The Starry Night’. Form 1 were also getting ‘Witchy’! They were inspired by Winnie’s hat and decided to make their very own. Finally, they hosted some talk time with other classes to promote the benefits of talking to others for mental health. Well done Form 1, what a jam packed term you have had!

Gardaí Visit
KGA & B and Forms 5 & 6 had the gardaí in today. Forms 5 & 6 were given a talk about how to keep safe during Hallowe’en while the Kindergarten children were treated to a try on the their hats and vests. The children were told what the job of a garda is and they got to ask questions to the officers as well. As an added bonus, they were able to use the walkie talkies to say hello to the gardaí in the local station!

Form 5 Bake Sale
It was an incredible day today with the whole school having a chance to purchase some sweet treats in aid of Pieta House. We raised an astonishing €775.90 and this could not be done without the generous donations of treats made and brought in from home. Thank you to all involved!
